Ground Surround was formed in the summer of 2006 by Teemu Pelttari and Gary Timm.
Shortly thereafter, they released an acoustic EP, Dark Country, and performed as a duo in Kokkola and Helsinki. The music can be described
as singer-songwriter with an honest and simple approach. The duo then teamed up with 3rd Track Productions to produce a semi-acoustic LP, Shortcut,
which was released in the 27th of August 2009. While Ground Surround still performs as a duo many upcoming gigs will be slated with a larger assembly.
